Susan Cole, Director/Head Teacher

Susan Cole joined our staff in September 1983

with the South center as Head Teacher and

Co-director. When the center expanded to the

Centerville site, she became their

Director/Head teacher.

She has been a resident of Fremont now for

35 years, graduating from Mission San Jose High School and attending CSU Hayward along with Ohlone College. Sue is

currently in the process of applying for her

Master Teracher Permit with the California Department of Education.

Prior to her time with A Child's Hideaway, she was a pre-school teacher for the City of Fremont, Tiny Tot program. There she met and became close friends with another Tiny Tot teacher, Brenda North.

When Sue is not shopping, antique hunting or reading she enjoys family time with her two adult children, Jerry and Adriana and Sue's two grandchildren, Kylie who is 10 years old and Ethan who is just turning 1 years old this August.
